Melanie Michaels, Vice President

Melanie Michaels began working at Waverton in 2001, working in various divisions throughout the organization until being promoted to her current position of Vice President in 2017. 

Melanie oversees the daily operations at Waverton including oversight of Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Management, and Corporate Recordkeeping.  Melanie attended the University of Southern Indiana and Virginia College Online and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. While originally from Indiana, she has resided in Portsmouth raising two sons since 2000. In her spare time, she raises money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society.
